Pros

Good job if you want to advance within a company but have little education. Opportunities to transfer to other areas. Some excellent people that will work together and care about their co-workers.

Cons

Unfortunately you have to contend with a mixed bag of staff, not all are incompetent, only the ones you have to work with. Compensation is mediocre and benefits are poor

Pros

World wide company, discounted stock.

Cons

Everything else. You name it, it just plain stunk. Hard work, long hours (about 60/week), horrible customers (rude, dishonest), low wages. I'll stop now because the flash backs are too much.

Pros

Wal-Mart rewards hard work, self motivation, and ambition. You do not have to have a college degree to move up in the company and have a career you can be proud of. All in one building you have a multitude of different jobs, any personality can find a niche, all you have to be is a hard worker.

Cons

Many peolple still have jobs despite poor work performance.
