Pros

Walmart eCommerce is a diverse corporate environment under a very strong overall corporate brand. There are two locations both in North Bay and South Bay.

Cons

Cut throat corporate environment which prides personal connects over work output and accomplishments. The corporate culture of respect to the individual so central to the overall corporate culture does not carry over to the eCommerce division.

Pros

Base is the only good thing here, but revealing the bad management here. They just don't know how to attract talent people, increase the base only wont help. Wasting money everywhere but not right places.

Cons

Except the base, all the benefits(401K matching starting from 2nd year, joking bonus, scarce stock, low level health insurance, they still think their 2013 revised relocation benefit is competable now, almost no signing bonus). Super slow pace for the non-technical team, which means you will find immigration process quite painful and lots of waiting time there. Old big company issue should not happen in this so-called new born tech company.
