Pros

Scheduling was the best I've ever had at a job. Very flexible and easy to work with.

Cons

If you have chronic illnesses you have to wait a year to get the special leave. They use a points system for call-ins, which isn't great if you're sick often.

Toxic work invironments. Company is constantly changing structure and policies. Blatant lies and favoritism run rampant.

management is useless. you are replaceable and unappreciated, bottom line. you will forever be understaffed on any shift making your job much harder.
