Pros

Flexible Scheduleing and an availability to take vacations easily.

Cons

The management is the lowest common denominator. Anyone with actual leadership ability is moved out of team lead positions quickly, leaving the store to run horribly on the ground level.

Pros

>Think pay is higher than other positions . >Work is essentially a workout. >Learning curve is not too bad, just need to know where you are organizing departments. >After trucks, didnt hold high expectations, just wanted you to help other departments out.

Cons

>Workload can feel really heavy at times. >Lot of strain on the body, and can be taxing. >Management might push for it to be done quicker despite it being hardwork already. >Always pushing how many hours you can work per week if you let them.
