Pros

You have a job that it.

Cons

The lazy workers van stand around and do whatever they want because what isn't done is blamed on the workers. Favoritism is a huge part of this job. Managers don't do anything but stand around and chat to their favorites while making you do their job and then call you every name out of the book and make you feel worthless when you aren't humanly capable to do said things. If they owe you money they will never pay.
