Pros

Great leadership and a company dedicated to driving the development of the future of online shopping.

Just like with any large corporation, lots of red tape. Siloed departments with limited communication create for downstream issues.

Great Opportunities

Pros

There are thousands of opportunities within Walmart. With the amount of stores across the USA, you can easily transfer to whatever location you want. Additionally, if you are willing to put in the work, you will be rewarded. Being an operations manager is a fulfilling job where you take on the responsibility of an entire store (100+ employees) to increase profitability.

Cons

Dealing with uninterested/unmotivated employees. No vacations during the holiday season.
