Nice Food No other pros as of now.

Cons

Team doesn't support you, including managers, at crucial stages of deliveries and doesn't even care about team's own reputation. If you are talented, you are asked to do 200% work with overtime and you might feel depressed and it will be called the 'challenging culture' of the company. I do not recommend this place. For average people, nice place to rest and steal credit. Nothing happens even when you talk to any senior member of your hierarchy. You are not allowed to switch teams as well. Even the HR won't do it when it knows that resons are genuine and managers are at mistake. Hopeless.

Pros

The company policies are really good. They compensate the associates quite well. Reimbursements for travelling, phone, WiFi etc are given. The working hours are quite flexible and completely varies from team to team. The food is simply awesome.

Cons

You can't change your team within 18 months of joining the company. The teams are also assigned randomly. The work is not really the best and most of the people who have experience in working in Walmart are mediocre at best. Their yearly reviews are a joke and a strict policy of enforced bell curve is followed. So, you will see people not at all working getting higher ratings than those who are doing really good job, all in accordance with the team. The hiring is on an insane level and the company is really over crowded. It's really difficult to shine in such a large crowd.

Growth is a need of the hour for our business and our goal is to maintain our high bar as we continue along this trajectory. While the increasing number of associates on the floor can be a little startling, it also provides everyone with increased number of opportunities to grow in their career as well. In addition to multiple training opportunities, Walmart associates are strongly encouraged to upskill themselves through the numerous online trainings available to them.
