Pros

1. It is a company with an extraordinary value culture. 2. The requirement in the results helps to develop important competences among them planning, execution, search of the results, communication and development of high performance teams. 3. Soft skills are developed, such as resilience, adaptation to change, responsibility, humility, empathy, trust and integrity. 4. You learn to work in search of results but always with respect to partners.

Cons

1. It is difficult to achieve a balance between family and work. 2. Due to the results in the US, a climate of instability and constant re-structure has been managed. 3. In my position, the possibility of growth is limited.
