Pros

Great pay, Great benefits, 100% paid tuition, Deep Associate Discounts and perks

Cons

Lots of "training and leadership development" but very few advancement opportunities. Loose hiring terms, and sub par initial training. HR not helpful in the slightest.

Pros

Great pay for anyone needing money and enjoy overtime pay, hours are usually steady, discount cards are cool.

Cons

Definitely the worst is ridiculous production goals, managers will politely harass you about your production everyday. I was written up every week for 3 months. You might think oh this person doesn’t work hard but in reality I did a lot in receiving and staple stock. Do not do extra work, you will not receive praise or more money for learning power equipment or learning a different department.
