Pros

Competitive pay. Opportunity for advancement

Cons

They don't try to control waste. Such as cooking less when it's a low sales time. The background check should encourage felons and try to put either a longer probationary period or have the felon sign a waiver. Because. The company makes millions every day they should give back to people trying to change their life .

Pros

Coworkers are awesome. Also you get more Protected PTO with every paycheck so they add up fairly quickly.

Cons

Corporate doesnt care about you or your job. If you are late one too many times you immediately get fired, doesnt matter how spaced out the call-ins are. Walmart is a company that only thinks of money and how they can make an extra buck. Transferring stores is easier than transferring departments, which is so completely backwards.
