Pros

Smart people, latest technology - I've worked here many years and Walmart really invests the time and money to stay current. You will learn a ton if you work here.

Cons

Benefits changed this year to a mandatory curve so there's a very real chance that even if you perform well and meet your goals, you may not receive your bonus or RSUs. The targets you must meet are not defined and mainly have to do with extra credit, popularity or Indian nepotism. So only work here if you have negotiated a good base salary upfront.

Pros

Work at a big name company. Good for your resume.

Cons

Managers at the Reston Technology center are sneaky, deceitful, and untrustworthy. Nobody really enjoyed working there. The turnover was pretty high too
