Pros

Compensation and Employee Benefits. Free food and cab.

Cons

No respect for employees. Worst Managers - they do not know the roadmap, efforts & plan. Simply pressurize us to get the work done. No work life balance. They will deploy in any role or skills which is completely irrelevant to us and ask us to work. Lot of politics. In India, mostly maintenance and support projects hence they will ask us to work at any timings. Not organized environment. Top level management and HR have no clue on Company growth plan. If you are lucky will get right projects else life at Walmart India will be miserable. Developers will be forced to do any task which is irrelevant to the skills. Many developers leave the company before their first six months.

Pros

Good place to work and gives a challenging environment to grow as an engineer. Lots of facilities provided to full time employees

Cons

I don’t see any cons from my side. But it’s better if you work here as a full time employee
