Pros

- Well paid - The amazing feeling when you quit

Cons

- Management refuse to listen to anyone under them. Even if it's the entire development team of 40+ people. - Teams think its fine to build in security flaws if it helps them test in production easier. - Developers are obsessed with reinventing the wheel. - Verbally abusive product managers. - 50% of the week in meetings. - Lack of ownership. - Everyone says "Agile", nobody knows what it means. - Everything managed in massive excel sheets or documents by hand. - Jira has been configured to be as painful and unnecessary as humanly possible.

Pros

Opportunities are numerous, if you tell everybody how great you are

Cons

They'll promise something you want to do, ask you to do something else, then judge you on what you didn't get to do.
