Pros

As a developer, I could work in a dynamic team, it was great and I could develop my skills very well.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy, at point you started to struggle. It was very painful to see devs/product teams trying to do your best to help the company go forward and other teams like infosec, change, infrastructure and sysadmins pushing the company backwards avoid any kind of improvement that will impact in their routine.

Pros

Good salary, cutting edge technologies

Cons

Too much of gang forming. No clear communication of initiatives from managers. No freedom of speech and you will be marked and career is going’s to get hit if you are raising voice . 1:1 s are just formalities .
