Cons

- Management always assumes the worst of their employees - A thankless job - Some coworkers will only see their perspective and treat people rudely

Pros

If you are a respectful and hard worker who does tasks at 110% without supervision, supervisors and management are almost always considerate, flexible, and appreciative. There are opportunities for advancement.

Cons

The pay is lower than I liked ($11/hour) for the amount of work I put in. Some periods throughout the year can be hectic.
