Pros

*Decent pay for the work we do *The job is not complicated *Walmart as a whole has various shifts to choose from *I enjoyed the people I worked with *Team atmosphere

Cons

*Although I felt the pay was decent, it really should be a couple of dollars more per hour than it is *Often times we would have to work overtime when a lot of work comes in for that day

Pros

Decent hours, over-time at my location is alright and pretty much always available. 1 hour lunch.

Cons

All entry leveled workers get paid the same. So if you unloaded 3 trucks today worth over 6,000 pieces, congrats. You just earned the same amount Sharon from the Garden center did today. (I'm very much serious.)
