Pros

The job is only as good as the management.

Cons

Unrealistic goals and expectations, stressful work environment, management will use language that is not cohesive to professionalism, no work-life balance, you are instructed to stay past your time and will receive write-ups for performance if the freight is not done, unfair treatment amongst their “favorite” employees, strict point system, not enough accumulation of time off, no holiday pay, no overtime.
