Pros

Close to home. Work by myself. Pay is fair for location. Easy work. All that benefits me. As long as I worked there sad thing is always had to worry about having a job because its a small walmart in a small town.

Cons

Pay. transfers. Ethics. Negative. Judgemental. Dishonest behavior with management. No communication with other leads to employees. Leads do whatever while they coach their teammates over a price change or one note you forgot. Human error. Common sense.
