Pros

If your there long enough, its a good job. After 3 years you get paid time off, a raise, and will make some of the best friends you will have. If you manage to become a manager you are set for a good career with a salary, benefits, and paid vacation.

Cons

If you have a fall out with the wrong person you will be isolated from all your co workers. Also for the first three years you are basically a slave. All paid time off is earned, at about 15 minutes a shift. The attendance policy is the worst. If you get sick or need to go to the hospital for a few days you might as well quit as they DO NOT accept doctors notes.
