Pros

Good place to start if you’re a student. Teaches you that the world isn’t all fun and games and that you have to have responsibilities. Company is large so you can be fairly confident in policies. Prices low plus discount.

Cons

Younger workers like to pretend like they dislike customers and result in poor service. Management doesn’t care about true customer service. All managers cover their behinds by giving you commands to do pointless work in other departments. Pay mediocre. Managers pretend to know about each employee’s strengths but, in fact, they are completely oblivious. They’re also very bad at catching theft and never believe you when you warn them of suspicious activity until the perpetrator is walking out the door with a flat screen tv free of charge.
