Pros

Walmart offers so much to it's employees! They just recently increased the minimum hourly pay to $10.00/hr for all associates. They offer benefits such as profit sharing, 401k, paid time off (PTO), and many other benefits.

Cons

They do not like to give out full time anymore. It seems as though they would rather hire more part time employee's than give people full time so they do not have to pay out as much in benefits. This is weird as Walmart at one point in time seemed like one of the easiest companies to get a full time position with.
