Pros
Its a good job and one of the highest paid hourly associate positions. They will teach you what you need to know no outside schooling is required. If you have an interest to learn about cars its a good place to go.
Cons
Scheduling is not in your favor so you have to request alot of things and they have the power to deny them which they will do and then you have to find people to switch. Weekends and holidays they are also open they only close on christmas so be prepared to work.
