Cons

Low pay (even if competitive), mindlessly repetitive tasks, lots of pressure to be upbeat despite the fact you are working in a menial, low-paying job.

There are a lot of good people "in the trenches" for this company. The benefits package is nice.

Cons

First of all, they are NOTHING like they seem. Brainwashed individuals toiling for less than can be had elsewhere, nepotism abounds. If you are not one of the New York natives that expanded to new areas with the company, don't plan on being promoted. As with most companies, how much money can be made is the only concern. This is a company that does not care about their employees, no matter what they say, and that Top 100 Companies to Work For rating is a farce. Many have suggested that they "buy" that rating, and after being inside the company I would have to agree. There are a lot of underhanded things going on that far exceed normal "workplace politics". You've been warned.
