While your coworkers may be pleasant to deal with, communication from management is non-existant and scheduling is problematic. Availability is demanded of each employee but the hours assigned varies between too many and not enough - no attention is paid to the number of hours agreed upon at the time of hire. The hourly wage is perhaps better than at other grocery stores but it is very demoralizing to see your fellow employees paying for their groceries with Food Stamps. Wegmans may be a viable option if you have no other choices or are in dire straits, but if you have any education, experience, or skills look elsewhere!
