Cons

Not ready to change for better performance, high resisitance to change Poor Onsite and offsite coordination, Onsite irresponsible and High delays in communications, no clarity in decisions.

Flexibility of hours/schedule. Competitive benefits package including generous vacation/sick time. People are committed to projects. Some of the people are truly great to work with.

Cons

Locked into roles and technologies. Career advancement is slow. A few select people are seen as the elite and everyone else's input isn't as highly regarded. Some employees who have been there for decades are apathetically waiting for retirement or have become bitter, bad apples.

Wells Fargo has a great benifits package, and a lot of good growth opportunities.

Cons

Mega - Bureaucracy. Sometimes it is really hard to get simple things done. It can be really difficult to navigate the giant corporate structure that is Wells Fargo. Often, just finding out who you have to talk to is have the battle of getting what you need to get done
