Pros
Great Work environment even while working remote. The managers were the best, they did everything to help you out in any situation that comes up with customers, other co-workers, loan officers, etc. Wells Fargo gives its employees every tool and education/job training to make the employees' job much easier which is great and less stressful.
Cons
Mortgage Industry is known to slow down, and Wells Fargo is known to lay off its employees during the slow period.
