Pros

Work is very fast pace and never dull! Great management, set your own schedule within 7 am to 6pm. No weekends!

Cons

Not many cons, continue to develop internal talent and do not fall behind the new curve of PTO, paternity/maternity leave.

Lower bonuses than some competitors. Not many positions to advance into.
