      Pros

      The job stays interesting because you get moved around on a regular basis which also allows you to learn from many different bankers, managers and the experiences that you encounter in different markets.

      Cons

      It can be slightly hard to develop relationships or build a book of business when your clients can't schedule appointments with you.
