      Pros

      People in the trenches are willing to work together to bring success in spite of executive decisions. I was given the flexibility I needed to raise two kids.

      Cons

      Executives do not listen to management. Leadership is lacking.

      There's lots of good and more than a little bit of "meh"

      -Great benefits and good pay -Expected to work independently - fulltime tellecommuting for some -Nothing but positive reviews from my managers -Education opportunities are provided in-house and there is a variety of classes -Some real sharp and helpful coworkers

      Cons

      -Neglected by management (I like being independent and alone but so much so I wonder if I matter or if I'm missing the party) -Taken for granted if you do a good job (attention is paid more to day to day problems) -The expensive training you really want and need just isn't going to happen -Some dull implements in the coworker drawer also
