Pros

NONE, since I need 5 character words how about NIL, ZILCH

Cons

Legacy culture of a criminal enterprise. Risk is taken out of context; to make red's green, make the bank look like they know what they are doing. Taxonomies are derived to keep regulators off track but do not help to determine root causes, the regulators are not doing their jobs. Bank is moving thousands of jobs to India and the Philippines, yes your american job is being moved to locations where labor is cheaper by up to 2/3rds
