Pros

Highly experienced cyber security and technology professionals.

Cons

Salaries are not competitive with the market. It was very difficult to find other opportunities for advancement. Managers hired friends who were not qualified for the position. It became a very toxic environment. The environment was in a constant state of change (reorganization, frameworks, methodologies, etc.). Senior management would restructure business groups without considering the downstream effects and business processes would fall through the cracks and sometimes those processes would be related to regulatory requirements.

Pros

Employment opportunities within corporate jobs

Cons

Pay increases are significantly lower than COLA over last 15 years. No increase in paid time off between 11-24 years of service. Gift for each 5 year work anniversary is an acrylic cube with WF logo and numbers of years.
