Pros

The company has superb benefits and promotes a work and Home life balance. With a vast amounts of expertise, there are many opportunities to learn new skills.

Cons

With a lot of public scrutiny and spotlight as a leading financial services company, I often find myself needing to defend my employer with strangers in the supermarket.

Pros

History of company values and overall company culture is amazing to see for a company as large as this and that has been in existence for as long as it has.

Cons

Little to no budget is dedicated for training and continued development of staff. Additionally, PTO bank for exempt staff is not competitive. This is not commensurate with other large financial organizations that I have worked for previously. Lastly, there seems to be a newer tone with some of the newer management team that has lowered morale and instilled less trust by staff.
