Pros

Great place to have a career, but must be proactive to find opportunities. Highly recommend moving across business lines if necessary. Lots of engagement in the community, and many lines of business offer flexible working arrangements (including working from home) but isn't always publicized.

Cons

Not all WF business lines have the same talent development pipeline methodology, and in some of the offshoot businesses such as consumer lending, new hires are often outside the company. Company values experience over education, so most mid tier and senior level positions require 10+ years of direct and or/related experience

Pros

The benefits and work environment are both great. They provide training and have many people who have worked at the company for 10 years or more. Low turnover.

Cons

There is no jeans day on Fridays (unless there are special promotions). This would be a great addition.
