Pros

The only pro would be having a good work life balance and that too depends on the team. Otherwise Office is mid and for me the work is just bad! No Layoffs! Job Security!

Cons

No Quality work, Completely depends on the team you get into. I have been compairing data in excel sheets from past 3-4 months, The whole team have been working on only testing and fixing kinda work from past 2 years No future roadmap, specific for my Project, salary is mid as compared to other competitors, Very late night meetings - upto 11-11:30 (ON FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!) with US counterparts
