Bankers have to submit an hourly schedule of their day and report on each activity completed during each hour of the day.

WFA as a business line is sometimes overridden on things at an enterprise level which sometimes causes the employees of WFA to lose out. For instance, all business lines are required to follow the FED holiday schedule which requires employees that follow other schedules such as the NYSE schedule to lose PTO days.
