Pros

Good benefits, good amount of vacation time, some flexibility with working hours. Can be a good position if you like sales or work in the back office.

Cons

High pressure sales position. If you do not meet your sales goals, you will be staying at night making phone calls. You need to report about three times a day to let management know where you stand on meeting your sales for the day.

Pros

Great pay and benefits Team-oriented atmosphere Avg. Years Worked at Wells = 11 Senior Staff Treats All Levels with Respect

Cons

The newbies tend to get the shaft on PTO requests; the longer your tenure, the better days you get to request off first Employee Recognition Events are almost obsolete since TARP

Pros

Wells Fargo, in itself, is an industry leader. You would be apart of the best company in the financial industry. Benefits are solid.

Cons

Low pay in comparison to other banks. The branch I was at did not care for a work/life balance. It does not challenge you mentally or intellectually.
