      Pros

      Wells Fargo has a strong credit and sales culture. Risk management has been a focus of management and kept Wells strong through out the credit crisis. Wells additionally has strong sales managers. Employees have the opportunity to improve their careers through several training courses offered.

      Cons

      The extreme sales focus on the retail side of the bank seems to cause issues of turnover, inconsistent customer service, and unrealistic goals.

      -dental, health, and vision benefits and PTO for part-timers -bonus incentives -opportunity to advance within the company -paid for training

      Cons

      -NOT flexible with school---mandatory training sessions that are 9-5 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Attendance is mandatory all 3 days for the full 8 hours. -Have to follow a certain "career path" to be a certain position. most which require being a banker.

      Wells has some great people and strong and capable upper management - commited and talented people

      Cons

      Relative to the technologyy group - Extremely demanding and intense environment. Challenging to work through necessary process and approvals with upper management and available time. Due to the fast-pace, lack of time to provide proper relationship-building and most importantly critical employee recognition and appreciation
