Pros

The benefit package is solid. The people you work with are fun to be around. Solid collections experience, WF auto collectors know the business of getting a payment from habitual late payers.

Cons

Managers are the real supervisors. Assigned sups are glorified Collectors with titles. None of the supervisor receive professional training outside of the department, very few had college degrees beyond Associate status.

Pros

Take college grads straight from college, nice base salary for college grad who is not used to making professional money while he is getting grounded in the branch he is hired in. Get your own cubicle, office supplies, and computer.

Cons

Prepare for Long hours, extensive micro-management, very little training, no sales support

Pros

Diversity of products Role Diversity Lateral opportunity

Cons

Too focused on financial bottom line which can be demoralizing. Retains "destructive" employees simply because of their sales track record. Sales goals get in the way of team work. Low employee engagement.
