Pros

Fantastic benefits - even a teller that works 17 hours a week gets health insurance and PTO.

Cons

They focus more on quantity. Everybody has these stupid sales goals that don't really matter in the grand scheme of things. For example, if I recruit two customers to open accounts - it does not matter that one customer will put in $250k and the other customer never puts in a dime and long as the accounts were opened. Also - they change the bonus structure every quarter and it's like they are looking for a reason not to give you a bonus. My district manager comes in weekly and it does not matter how hard you work how long you've been there. She told us she could easily replace us with people that work at Mcdonalds and she's willing to fire our entire branch if we don't meet the sales goals. That really makes emplyees feel valued.

Pros

Overall a great company to work. The benefits are great and the PTO is good as well. Many areas of the company really care about their employees.

Cons

The area that deal with sales is a rat race. The focus has been taken off of what is best for the customer to what we think the customer should have. It no longer matters about the employees family because the hours are extended and when a location is short staffed they all have to work longer hours until it is staffed. My bankers were working 50+ hours just to cover the extended hours when we were short. Sales are company wide and no matter how slow a location is, they have to get the same amount of sales that the bankers do in very busy areas.

Pros

Benefits! They offer Tuition Reimbursement which helped pay for my degree and part of my masters. They also give you Medical, Dental and Vision even if you are part time.

Cons

Management is completely incompetent. Very unfair when it comes to giving promotions. In most cases they only interview 2-3 people and already know who will be getting job even before interviews start.
