Pros

Great management. They made me feel accomplished constantly. They were supportive, positive, and took the time to allow me to experiment and develop new ways of doing things. Compensation is blah, but it made me feel good to work there.

Cons

Compensation was blah for me, but I was just a part time worker and what they gave me was pretty competitive. At the time I was just a cog in a wheel of a processing machine and the work wasn't all that creative.

Pros

Great benefits. If your lucky enough to work with great people you will be happy then they will change management on you!

Cons

Very high pressure sales environment, most management is under qualified seems you will get promoted to anything you want if you know the right people at the top. Does not always fire those who are unethical just moves them on to another branch. Feels like the sales are benefiting the company and not the customer.
