Pros

Good benefits typical of others, strong company with future. Most other lenders in mortgage industry are tightening their lending guidelines. While WFF is the same, they still have lots of cash left over to lend for the right people that qualify. So this means, if you are performing your job at minimum sales expectations, you have job security. They are willing to work with you when underperforming as long as you have a supportive manager that you quash well with.

Cons

The job is 100% sales. They'll turn their back on being late, disrespectful, even dumb, as long as you provide the numbers in real estate loans. No matter how hard you work, or how smart you are, they will only promote based on sales performance. The starting salary is in the 30's which is quite low for market.
