Pros

they will pay for college, the benefits are great, i have see a big increase in my 401k. if you are unhappy with one department . im sure you can find a better department that will better suit your needs. i started in sales and ended up in the fraud department which is a non sales department.

Cons

pay level isnt as high as other banks. start giving bonus to non sales departments. I dont believe just because we dont make money for the bank we should get bonuses, our fraud department saves the bank millions a year. thatshould be looked at to. if they do that i think that the turn rate would drop and employees would stay

Pros

The best reason to work at Wells Fargo is the career opportunities they offer. They teach so many things to help you advance in your career.

Cons

The downsides would be the high sales goals which sometimes are impossible to reach because some of the branches don't get as much traffic and are the same people everyday.
