Pros
Telecommute, reasonable pay, some groups have excellent management and teammembers.
Cons
Dissolution of telecommute (even for those hired as full-time remote pre-COVID). Completely unstable environment. Averaged a new Manager every year while staying on the same team. Multiple re-orgs. Multiple extensive changes to operations causing mass confusion and delays across the environment. The deep seated evil that generates the stream of scandals and regulatory restrictions. Location strategies in place preventing promotions or lateral moves for employees not residing near one of the primary work center that are seemingly defined per line of business and based on random arbitrary requirements that Sr Leadership refuses to clarify vs being open for everyone.
