Pros

Some smart and hardworking colleagues. Decent pay if you're in the right circle.

Cons

Extreme office politics—they are letting go of really talented people and hiring friends who have no idea what they’re doing. Management plays favorites—decisions are made based on personal connections rather than merit. No work-life balance—constant pressure, unrealistic deadlines, and no respect for personal time. Lack of job security—you never know when you'll be the next one out, no matter how well you perform.

Pros

Job security, private medical insurance, tuition reimbursement and other extra benefits. You might be able to grow withing the company, but not all departments are good,

Cons

CEO doesn't care about employees and he's policies are making people hate the company (colleagues from around the world think the same). Does not pay very well in Costa Rica or Lithuania. They are overworking everyone and not providing the needed resources. You'll be 100% of the time working on putting out fires instead of developing innovating ideas that you might have.
