Pros

Nothing is good at Western Union.

Cons

Extreme politics done by seniors and architects takes credits for the work done by juniors who are in the pond of wesern union since very long, who having no idea about the actual technologie, very egoistic, immature and always open for aunty type gossips about others, boot lickers of leaders because they don't work and this is what they can do. Managers are not exceptions here, on the contrary, the situation is even worse. Technical managers have no technical skills, management skills, and even basic presentation or speaking skills. They are extremely process-oriented, with a service-based mentality and a 'Yes Boss' attitude towards leadership. People from here are far behind the stardards of technology, thinking, work and many things. Due to this worst work culture, no process, employee suffers a lot and there is no work life balance. Company is performing very bad, every product the new CEO launched has failed. Leadership presssurize to do things, if it is failure all blame goes to employees, it's a management, leadership failed but they can't take it they will save their position, many leaders and people are like this in Western Union. Overall worst company if you are planning to join, all above things make a hostile work culture for an employee to work.
