      Terrible accommodation for employees, constant phone calls off the clock, lack of improvement within a company if you aren’t given every single time of your attention, expect high performance from a low hourly wage (mcdonalds pays more than this job)

      Literally having a salary in the end of the month.

      Cons

      Totally uninspiring. The tech and processes feel like they're stuck in the 1900s, outdated systems, extremely slow decision-making, and zero innovation. There are people in leadership who've been there 10 or 20 years, and it shows. Nothing changes because they don't want it to. Leadership feels out of touch and has no sense of how fast the world moves now. There's literally nothing to get excited about or grow into.
