Pros

Decent compensation, nice accommodations for work travel

Cons

Over promised deliverables by CEO resulting in threat to employees, toxic work culture, rudeness experienced by longtermers in the company, long hours, unclear direction, no culture of DEI

Was a great place but going downhill

Pros

Strong culture, workable hybrid model, a lot of free helpful resources for employees, neat additional perks like discounts and health insurance

Cons

New C-suite really drove the motivation down to a point that there was no incentive to do anything, due to changing opinions or outright no reaction/communication. Senior management incompetent on functional processes within departments (old management long gone). Also, compensation is not high enough for a lot of important functions.
