Pros

Good coworkers, good pay, nice building with covered parking

Cons

Fractured leadership that can’t get along. Can’t seem to make up their mind on a direction. They don’t treat employees well at all.

Pros

Western Union is a strong global company with a meaningful mission. The regional leadership teams, especially at the top, are inspiring and genuinely care about people. Salary and benefits are competitive. The company’s diversity and international exposure also make it a unique place to work.

Cons

Work-life balance is a real challenge. The directors of different functions are a joke. No knowledge. Just brown nosing. Terrible terrible people.
