      - There's so much scope to learn and grow. - Colleagues are very supportive of your ideas. - The world is your oyster, you can always ideate - sometimes it may work and sometimes the ideas won't flourish. But you'll always have support from the teams. - The company offers great benefits in terms of health, life insurance. - They also engage the employees by hosting various events.

      This is an international company with many opportunities for growth in the US and around the world. It was the best job I ever had and wish I had never left to change direction in my career.

      I can't say there really are any cons other than I wish they had a role I could apply to.
