Pros

A very open and inclusive culture where I genuinely feel heard and supported. Great leadership and strong communication across teams and regions. Clear sense of purpose – you feel like your work matters. Opportunities to learn and grow, even in a large and complex organization. I’m proud to be part of a company that’s making a global impact.

Cons

As with any large organization, navigating internal systems and structures takes time, especially at the beginning. Some processes can be a bit slow or complex, but that's expected in a global company.
